衞生：總感覺不乾凈
環境：很小房間，雙人間的床0.8米。
服務：酒店搞錯了我的房間，我們是大床房，給了標間，結果房間雙人床，很小。
除了離機場很近，沒有哪個點覺得很好。。

機埸前往酒店需要自費,無免費接駁車,純粹路過,過一晚夜后.
往租車公司提車后返回酒店取行李后離開,酒店任何設施都沒有使用.

酒店設施有點陳舊，下水道都是堵的，被單很薄，跟國內的喜來登完全沒法比。要不是去希思羅T5機場方便應該不會再選擇這家，酒店門口就有shuttle bus去T5，每人6.8磅，大概6-7分鐘左右就到。

位置便利，房間很乾凈，也適合一家人出行
設施維護的都還不錯，周邊也算便利，比較滿意的一家酒店

房間很乾凈，讓我印象深刻的是窗戶真的超級隔音，哪怕在靠街道的房間，室內也是一點噪音都沒有。對于噪音恐懼癥的人而言真的是太舒服了。

Cannot complain about the location - but the room is very small and old. Reminded me of travelodge. If I wanted travelodge, I'd have booked travelodge.

酒店服務人員尤其是餐廳的非常差，經理是***，其實中國人，我住這家酒店不下10次了，經常見到印度服務人員對中國國人區別對待笑容就更不用説，沒見過，而且非常粗魯，會用手指人説話，不像英國人原有的紳士風度
