My room was lovely and cosy with a nice ambience. I enjoyed a comfortable night overall. The shower is great.
It's around 10 minutes on the A4 bus from the central bus station to the hotel.
It's also around 10 minutes drive from the hotel to terminal 5 departures. If you book your own Uber it's ￡16 (as there's a drop off fee) or you can get the hotel shuttle for ￡9.95.
The bar area looked lovely.
There was some noise from other rooms and the heating/air con was quite loud, but otherwise it was a really pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel, very close to Heathrow Terminal 5. Great for a few nights stay for travel. Only issue we had was the hoppa shuttle bus to Heathrow didn't ever show up so worth having in mind that one can't rely on it. Alternative more expensive options like Uber are available at ￡26 to get to Heathrow Terminal 5.

There was a power outage. ?I was told that it affected the whole area but it still affected my schedule.

I stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall.
I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion.
The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.

離希斯羅機場t5非常近，是中轉過夜的不二之選。客房設施和早餐都挺不錯的。

由于航班取消，臨時訂了機場附近的酒店，超預期覺得酒店整體不錯，房間大小，設計各方面覺得對比在英國預訂的其他酒店都好。推薦。
